The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort

Overlooking the Mediterranean on Mallorca’s southwest coast, The St. Regis Mardavall is a refined resort near Palma, arranged across four elegant terracotta-hued buildings. Manicured gardens, expansive sea views and the brand’s signature rituals create an atmosphere of polished Mediterranean living.

The resort offers 125 spacious rooms and suites, each with a large private terrace overlooking the sea or gardens. Selected suites add separate living areas or private pools, while the St. Regis Butler Service is provided across every accommodation category, ensuring a notably personal and intuitive stay.

Dining celebrates both international creativity and Mallorcan identity. Michelin-starred Es Fum, led by Chef Miguel Navarro, presents an imaginative tasting journey shaped by Mediterranean ingredients. Terra explores traditional recipes and local island produce, while Mar Sea Club combines a sophisticated shore-side atmosphere with flavours inspired by the Mediterranean and Latin America. The contemporary St. Regis Bar provides an elegant setting for cocktails and conversation.

The extensive spa blends Eastern and Western therapies across 11 treatment rooms. Facilities include a hydropool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, Egyptian brine bath, jet shower and ice cave. Guests may also enjoy the sea-facing cascade pool, children’s pool, fitness centre, snorkelling and complimentary bicycles.

Families are welcomed through the St. Regis Family Traditions programme and Explorers Kids Club, where creative activities encourage younger guests to discover Mallorca through play. Babysitting is also available. With Michelin-starred gastronomy, dedicated butler service and an exceptional wellness sanctuary, The St. Regis Mardavall offers a cosmopolitan counterpoint to Mallorca’s rural retreats.
