Rayavadee

Framed by sheer limestone cliffs, tropical forest and the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea, Rayavadee occupies an extraordinary position at the tip of Krabi’s Phranang Peninsula, within the marine national park. Accessible by boat and surrounded by the celebrated beaches of Railay and Phranang, the resort feels wonderfully secluded while remaining approximately 40 minutes from Krabi International Airport.

Its 94 two-storey pavilions and seven luxurious villas are discreetly distributed among coconut groves and mature tropical gardens. Award-winning architecture allows the accommodation to blend naturally into the landscape, while polished woods, richly coloured fabrics and Thai-inspired details create an elegant sense of place. Pool and Family Pavilions offer private gardens and swimming pools, while the spacious villas add exceptional privacy, dramatic sea views and dedicated butler service.

Four distinctive dining venues range from refined international and Thai cuisine to relaxed beachside fare. The Grotto is Rayavadee’s most memorable setting, sheltered beneath an ancient limestone cliff beside Phranang Beach, while Krua Phranang presents traditional Thai flavours overlooking the sea. Menus place emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, with organic, light and healthy choices available.

The Rayavadee Spa draws upon ancient Thai healing traditions, complemented by a swimming pool, fitness facilities and enriching activities. Guests can explore mangrove forests by kayak, discover nearby islands by private speedboat, hike through jungle scenery, climb limestone cliffs or join Thai cooking experiences.

Rayavadee’s enduring distinction lies in the rare harmony between imaginative architecture and one of Thailand’s most remarkable landscapes—an iconic retreat shaped by mountains, jungle and sea.
