Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort

High in the cool, green hills of North Bali, Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by a working coffee plantation, tropical gardens and rainforest. With sweeping views towards the mountains and the Bali Sea, the resort offers a quieter side of the island, far from the bustle of the southern beaches. The atmosphere is intimate, welcoming and beautifully unhurried.

Elegant suites and private villas blend contemporary comfort with Balinese character. Selected villas feature their own heated pool and Jacuzzi, while the resort’s celebrated infinity pools invite guests to pause above a seemingly endless landscape. Fresh ingredients from the estate and surrounding area shape the menus, with a choice of Balinese, Indonesian and international flavours.

Life here follows the rhythm of nature. Guests can discover the journey from coffee bean to cup, join guided plantation walks, practise yoga in the forest or explore North Bali on waterfall treks, cycling tours and horseback rides. Traditional workshops, organic gardens and cultural experiences offer a closer connection to local life, while the Bamboo Spa provides time for complete relaxation.

Munduk Moding Plantation is committed to responsible hospitality through organic farming, recycling, renewable practices and support for neighbouring communities. Serene, personal and deeply rooted in its setting, it is an inspiring choice for couples and families seeking nature, culture and understated luxury.
