LUX* Belle Mare

LUX* Belle Mare rests beside a luminous lagoon and powder-soft beach on Mauritius’s east coast, where contemporary minimalism meets tropical colour. Interiors layer sand white with coral, citrus and botanical greens, creating a resort that feels fresh, joyful and beautifully connected to island life.

Suites are imagined as elegant beach bungalows, each with a private terrace or balcony. Ocean Suites open directly onto the sand, spacious two-bedroom Family Suites make travelling together effortless, and private villas add heated pools, walled gardens, gazebos and dedicated butler service.

Dining moves confidently around the world: contemporary Indian cuisine at Amari by Vineet, refined Chinese flavours at Duck Laundry, international dishes at MONDO and Southeast Asian street food served from a vintage Rolls-Royce at Royce Street. Beach Rouge transforms from a relaxed Mediterranean restaurant into a vibrant, red-lit beach club after sunset.

Families are thoughtfully considered through PLAY Kids Club, centred on creativity, movement and wellbeing, and Studio 17 for teenagers aged 12 to 17. Adults can retreat to peaceful zones beside the pool and beach or follow a personalised journey at LUX* ME Spa, where treatments inspired by the five elements are complemented by aqua therapy and mindful fitness. Horseback rides followed by barefoot breakfasts, spa evenings ending with dinner beneath the stars, snorkelling, paddleboarding, kayaking and Mauritian cooking experiences ensure every day can feel entirely different.
