Jumby Bay Island

Set on a pristine 300-acre private island just off Antigua, Jumby Bay Island is reached by the resort’s yacht in less than ten minutes. Free from cars and surrounded by white beaches and clear Caribbean waters, the island offers exceptional privacy within an atmosphere of relaxed, understated elegance. Its defining character lies in the balance between refined hospitality, unspoilt nature and a genuinely effortless fully inclusive experience.

Accommodation ranges from romantic oceanfront cottages, some with plunge or infinity pools, to spacious villas with dedicated butler service and private estates attended by their own household teams. Interconnecting cottages and expansive residences make the resort equally suitable for couples, families and multigenerational groups.

Dining encompasses Caribbean flavours and international influences across distinctive venues. The Veranda provides relaxed beachfront dining, while the historic Estate House presents a more formal experience. Farm dinners, rum and wine tastings, cooking lessons and the weekly White Night beach barbecue add variety and a strong sense of place.

Days can include sailing, kayaking, racquet sports, cycling and family adventures. Particularly memorable are the island’s conservation experiences: Jumby Bay protects an important habitat for endangered hawksbill turtles, while guests may also participate in coral-restoration activities.

The resort is best suited to discerning travellers seeking privacy, generous space and seamless service without formality. Couples will appreciate the secluded cottages and natural beauty; families and groups will find the villas and estates especially compelling. Its greatest advantage is the rare combination of complete private-island seclusion, thoughtful conservation and a comprehensive inclusive concept where dining, drinks and numerous activities are integrated naturally into the stay.
