Ikos Aria

Set across more than 47 acres on Kos’s southwest coast, Ikos Aria brings contemporary architecture to a landscape of white sand, clear Aegean water and ancient heritage. Located 20 minutes from the airport, its spacious beachfront setting overlooks the small island of Kastri and feels both polished and relaxed. Accommodation ranges from elegant rooms and panoramic junior suites to one- and two-bedroom bungalows with private gardens or pools, while the Deluxe Collection provides additional space and privacy, appealing to couples and families alike.

Eight restaurants present menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs, spanning Greek, Italian, French, Spanish and Asian cuisine; nine bars and more than 100 premium wines complete the all-inclusive experience, while the complimentary Dine Out programme invites guests to selected local restaurants. A distinctive feature is the Hippocrates Garden of Life — planted with medicinal herbs associated with Kos’s celebrated physician, this sensory garden is explored through an interactive digital journey connecting nature, mythology and the island’s healing heritage, and guests can continue discovering Kos with an included electric MINI Countryman and Culture Pass. Indoor, outdoor and heated pools, a children’s pool and beach cabanas are joined by the Anne Semonin Ikos Spa, thermal suites and fitness facilities, while tennis, paddleboarding, yoga and team sports provide an active contrast and supervised children’s programmes and evening theatre welcome every generation. Ikos Aria offers a thoughtful balance of design, gastronomy and cultural discovery.
