Furaveri Maldives

Surrounded by clear lagoon waters in the unspoilt Raa Atoll, Furaveri Maldives is a spacious island retreat shaped by nature, culture and holistic wellbeing. The 23-hectare island is fringed by soft white sand and enriched by lush tropical vegetation, creating a relaxed setting for couples, honeymooners and families.

The resort offers 169 generously proportioned villas and residences, ranging from secluded Garden Villas to beachfront retreats, overwater villas and elegant residences with private pools. Accommodation is positioned among tropical greenery, directly beside the beach or above the lagoon, allowing guests to choose between intimacy, ocean views and additional space for family living.

Seven restaurants and four bars present a varied culinary journey. Jaafaiy serves international buffets, Raiyvilla specialises in Asian fusion, Aqua highlights fresh seafood beside the beach, Amigos brings Mexican-inspired flavours to the reef’s edge, and Ocean Spice offers Indian vegetarian cuisine. Traditional Maldivian meals, cooking classes and the weekly Maldivian experience introduce guests to the island nation’s cultural heritage.

The Wellness Village is Furaveri’s most distinctive sanctuary. Inspired by a traditional local village and Asian holistic practices, it offers personalised treatments, Ayurveda, yoga and meditation within rustic wooden and bamboo surroundings. Elsewhere, guests can enjoy diving, snorkelling, watersports, tennis, fitness, sunset cruises and encounters with local island life. Children aged 4–11 are welcomed with a daily programme at the kids’ club.

Furaveri’s appeal lies in its genuine connection to the Maldives: a naturally beautiful island where spacious accommodation, cultural discovery and thoughtful wellness come together in an atmosphere of easygoing luxury.
