Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas

Hidden within the UNESCO-protected Baa Atoll, Anantara Kihavah is an exceptional private-island retreat surrounded by white sand, tropical greenery and a vibrant house reef. Located near Hanifaru Bay, renowned for its seasonal gatherings of manta rays, the resort places marine discovery at the heart of an exquisitely private Maldivian escape.

Just 80 spacious beach and overwater pool villas and residences are positioned along the shoreline or above the lagoon. Each offers generous indoor and outdoor living, a private pool and a tranquil sense of seclusion. Dedicated family villas and expansive multi-bedroom residences provide elegant accommodation for families and groups, while romantic sunset villas create an intimate setting for couples and honeymooners.

Dining is among the resort’s defining experiences. The signature SEA.FIRE.SPICE.SKY complex presents four distinctive culinary settings above and below the ocean. SEA, the award-winning underwater restaurant and wine cellar, surrounds guests with the marine life of the house reef, while SKY pairs cocktails and dining with celestial discovery at the Maldives’ only overwater observatory.

Guests may snorkel directly from the beach or villa, explore the atoll through diving and watersports, encounter turtles and dolphins, or unwind at the overwater spa. Tennis, padel, fitness and personal bicycles offer further ways to experience the island. Younger guests are welcomed at the Thiththi Boli Kids’ Club, complemented by recreation and activities for teenagers.

Anantara Kihavah’s iconic character is expressed through the rare connection it creates between ocean, island and sky—a refined sanctuary where underwater gastronomy, remarkable marine life and stargazing become part of one extraordinary journey.
